Supreme Court Judgement: Wild Jubilation At Accountant-General’s Office

Following the declaration of Mr Adegboyega Oyetola as the duely elected governor of Osun by the Supreme Court in Abuja today, members of staff of the Office of the Accountant General trooped out in celebration of the victory.

Led by the state Accountant-General, Mr Sunday Igbaroola, they rendered songs of praise and danced in celebration of the judgement by the Apex court which they described as victory for the people.

The celebration witnessed prayers for the the Governor, civil servants and the entire state, just as they expressed the confidence that the state will be better governed by Mr Adegboyega Oyetola.

Speaking, the Accountant-General, Mr Sunday Igbaroola who thanked God for the victory sated that the state is bound to move forward under the Oyetola administration because he is a visionary leader.

He then urged civil servants in the state to exercise patience with the administration, stressing that the governor has good intentions to take care of the welfare of workers in Osun.

Mr Igbaroola then announced that a special thanks giving service will hold on Sunday at Living Souls Church behind Sazo hotel, Ogo-oluwa area in Osogbo.
