The D(HIM) IS Responsible for:
I hail from iree, Boripe LGA in Osun state, I bagged HND in health Records and Biostatistics, University Teaching Hospital Ibadan Oyo State. After which, proceeded for NYSC at the state Ministry of Health, Birnin Kebbi , Kebbi state the year 1995.
Equally, I had BSc. Certificate in Health information Management obtained in the year 2016, From lead city University Ibadan, Oyo state.
I was employed by the OSSHMB as an Account Assistant Grade 111, GL, 04 in the year 1996 with secondary school Leaving Certificate, but due to the acute shortage of trained Health Records Officers/ Technologist in the state public Health institutions, I was converted to the post OF HEALTH records technologist with effect from 1st July 1996. Ever since then, I had been getting promotion as and when due until I eventually rose to the post of chief health records technologist GL 14, in the year 2012. On 1st of December 2016 in accordance with the new scheme of services for health records officers, which was adopted by Osun state government, I was designated from chief health records technology GL 14 to chief health records / health information manpower planning and Development through organization of Seminars/workshops and re-orientation training programs for staff of the department;
