Hon. Ayofe Olatunji Dele Maruf was born on the 6th of June, 1962 and has been a member of the People’s Democratic Party since 2008.
Hon. Ayofe attended Oyo State College of Arts and Science, Ile-Ife for his ‘A’ level Certificate in 1985 before bagging his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Jos in 1989. He is currently undergoing a course in Business Management since 2022 at the University of Bolton.
Hon. Ayofe who has a rich political history became a member of the PDP in 2008. He is a member of the People’s Democratic Party in diaspora(London),United Kingdom.
He is a also a member of the PDP in Ede Federal Constituency, Ede North Local Government and contested for the position of Osun State House of Assembly in 2011, 2018 and 2022.
He is vast in the field of Information Technology and trained in the United Kingdom. He has experience covering over thirty years in the profession of Information and Technology both in United Kingdom and Nigeria. He is a self-motivated and versatile Information Systems and Development Engineer with a wide range of experience with expertise and professional knowledge in AWS (cloud), Azure, GCP, Wintel, Linux, Database and Network technologies.
Hon. Ayofe’s area of core competence include: Building Platforms in GCP or AWS, Azure Devops, Azure Repos, Linux/Unix, Microsoft Suite, Containerization Technologies, Automation and Development infrastructure, Micro services architecture, Application scaling, Cloud service configuration, Automation testing, Kubernetes, proficient, Agile methodologies, Data Confidentiality, Technical writing, Technical analysis, among others.
His experience covers. Cloud Project Consultant 10/2021 to present Highbrow-Tech Lts, Working as a Cloud Project Consultant remotely on multiple government and private sector projects across the United Kingdom. He has used his vast skill to conduct cloud risk assessments and cloud gap analyses and identifying areas for improvement for the businesses, working with multiple cloud SMEs to develop project road maps, and others too numerous to mention.
He is presently the Commissioner for Innovation, Science, Technology and Digital Economy in Osun State.
