Mr. Akinkunmi Shuaib Sadiq was born in Ejigbo on 16^th September, 1978.  He hails from Olukosi Compound in Ejigbo, Ejigbo Local Government Area of Osun State.

He attended Ansar-Ul-Islam Primary School, Ejigbo and obtained his Primary Six Leaving Certificate in 1990. He then enrolled at Isoko Community High School, Ejigbo where he obtained his Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE 1996).

            He then continued his academic ladder by attending Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife for his First Degree in Economics (B. Sc. Economics 2004) and further his Education by attending University of Lagos, Akoka for his Second Degree in Economics (M. Sc. Economics 2012).

            Mr. Akinkunmi Shuaib Sadiq joined Osun State Civil Service Commission in June 14, 2013 as an Administrative Officer II (AO II) and the appointment was confirmed on June 14, 2015.  He served in different Ministries, Department and Agencies of Government in different capacities and he is currently the Acting Director (Fiscal Policy Matters) Ministry of Finance.
