Olunike Abiola Oluwadara, born on 30th May 1982 in Egbedore Local Government of Osun State, is a dedicated education professional with a strong academic and administrative background. She began her studies at St. Thomas Primary School, Agbowo, Ibadan, and later attended Methodist Grammar School, Ibadan, before completing her secondary education at Community Grammar School, Iwo. She pursued higher education at the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, where she earned her first degree in 2005. Her qualifications include the Primary School Leaving Certificate (1991), Secondary School Leaving Certificate (1998), and a First Degree (2005).

Her career in the Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) began in November 2013 as an Education Officer II at Grade Level 8 Step 02. Through dedication and excellence, she rose to become the Director of Planning, Research & Statistics at Grade Level 12, a position she attained following her conversion on 31st October 2022.
