GOVERNOR ADELEKE CONGRATULATES RENOWNED INDUSTRIALIST, DR ADEDEJI ADELEKE ON VANGUARD AWARD.

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated the founder and Chairman of Pacific Holdings Limited, Dr Adedeji Tajudeen Adeleke, on bagging the ‘2024 Vanguard Personality Of The Year’ Award, describing the award as a recognition of his in-depth contribution to Nigeria’s business environment and humanity as a whole.
The Governor hailed Dr. Adeleke for his steadfast dedication to expanding the horizon of opportunities, building businesses that not only provide a honourable means of living for numerous people, but also contributing to the economic growth of the country, praising him as a blessing of unquantifiable measure to Nigeria.
The Governor extols Dr Adeleke for his outstanding commitment to philanthropy, utilizing his God-given wealth to support the education and business endeavours of many and make it possible for them to stand on their own, noting that the Vanguard award is a befitting honour for a man who focuses most part of his life into empowering lives and facilitating a better society.
“I’m extremely delighted to learn about the award of the ‘2024 Vanguard Personality Of The Year’ conferred on one of the illustrious citizens of this state, Dr Adedeji Tajudeen Adeleke. For me and many others who have had the rare privilege of knowing Dr Adeleke, this award will only amplify what we have always known about him, which underscores the increasing recognition of his contributions to Nigeria,” Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.
“Dr Adeleke is a blessing to Nigeria, as his faith in the country informed his decision to return home in the late 80s and founded the Pacific Holdings Limited, which has now grown to be a conglomerate, offering not only jobs for Nigerians but also contributing to the economic growth.
“In terms of philanthropy, Dr Adeleke stood as a perfect example of kindness, founding a University that made it possible for thousands to have the best education, and the interesting thing is that, more than 80 per cent of these numbers are on full scholarships. Everyday, I get inspired by his unwavering resolve to impact lives and bring hopes for the hopeless.”
While congratulating him for the deserved honour, Governor Adeleke affirms Dr Adeleke’s unrelenting pursuit of a better society and empower young people to achieve their purpose in life, praising him for consistently channeling his wealth and resources to make life better for those in dire need.
