OSUN LOSES ES, COUNCIL FOR ARTS AND CULTURE AS GOVERNOR ADELEKE COMMISERATES WITH OBA ABOLARIN.

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has commiserated with the Orangun of Oke-Ila, Oba Adedokun Omoniyi Abolarin, over the passing of his beloved wife, Olori Solape Christianah Abolarin.

Governor Adeleke, who expressed profound sorrow on the demise of Olori Solape Christianah Abolarin, described the deceased as a virtuous woman and a pillar of support to Kabiyesi in the challenging task of administering the affairs of his subjects.

The Governor conveys his heartfelt condolences to Oba Abolarin and the people of Oke-Ila and the Arts and Culture Council, where she served as the Executive Secretary since 2023 until she breathed her last, for the unfortunate loss of Olori Solape Christianah Abolarin, urging everyone touched by her loss to take solace in the fact that she lived a life full of impact.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Orangun of Oke-Ila, Oba Adedokun Omoniyi Abolarin, on the passage of his beloved wife, Olori Solape Christianah Abolarin. On that note also, I sympathize with the family, the people of Oke-Ila for the loss of a mother to many and a beacon of humility,” Governor Adeleke noted in a condolence message.

“My condolences also go to the Arts and Culture, which has lost a vibrant leadership that brought about tremendous progress for the council. As much as her demise may have pierced a deep pain in our hearts, we must honour the progress in our communities that she stood for while alive and uphold the values of contributions that defined her life journey.”

While praying for the repose of the soul of Olori Solape Christianah Abolarin, Governor Adeleke enjoined Kabiyesi Abolarin’s children, family, colleagues, and the people of Oke-Ila to be comforted by the memory of the wonderful moments shared with the deceased and the fact that she lived a life full of impact.
