GOVERNOR ADELEKE GREETS ELDERSTATEMAN, DR OLU ALABI AT 81.

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator (Dr) Olu Alabi on the auspicious occasion of his 81st birthday, acknowledging his lifelong contribution to deepening democracy in Nigeria.

Governor Adeleke notes with fondness Dr Alabi’s remarkable life of impacts, spanning through decades of excellence in the medical profession and politics, praising him as a distinguished figure who inspires greatness in people.

The Governor salutes the 1999 Governorship candidate on the platform of the PDP for the principles and clarity of purpose that defined him, celebrating him as a good guide for purposeful leadership.

“On the auspicious occasion of his 81st birthday, I congratulate Senator (Dr) Olu Alabi on the milestone and salute his outstanding contributions to nation building and enriching our country’s democratic process,” the Governor was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.

“Baba Alabi is one of the revered voices in the country, advocating for social justice and improved service delivery for the people. He’s a model for responsible leadership, offering guidance and support to a whole lot of young people across the country.

“On behalf of the Government of Osun State and the good people of Osun State, I celebrate a leader and a father figure whose values are too hard to measure, and it is my prayer that God Almighty grants him many more years and excellent health so that he could contribute more to the development of PDP and more, emancipation of Osun state.”
