GOVERNOR ADELEKE HAILS ORANGUN OF ILA ON HIS BIRTHDAY.

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, has felicitated the Orangun of Ila, His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulwahab Oyedotun, Bibire I, on the occasion of his birthday, praising his role in preserving Yoruba heritage and fostering unity.

Governor Adeleke described the monarch as an inclusive and people-oriented ruler whose leadership has strengthened harmony within Ila Orangun and improved relations with adjoining communities. He acknowledged Kabiyesi as a dependable partner in advancing development and social stability.

The Governor also commended the Orangun, the Deputy Chairman of the Osun State Council of Traditional Rulers, for using his stool to promote Yoruba culture, values, and identity, noting that his candor, and sense of purpose remain inspiring.

In a congratulatory message, Governor Adeleke said: “On this auspicious day, I congratulate our father, His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulwahab Oyedotun, Bibire I, as he marks another year. Kabiyesi’s wisdom and dedication continue to strengthen our collective resolve to positively impact lives.”

Governor Adeleke prayed for good health, long life, and a peaceful reign for the Orangun of Ila, expressing hope that his stool will remain a beacon of unity and progress.
