Rev. Jenyo Samuel Atanda Bunmi was born on 26th February, 1962.
A good family man who is happily married with children. Rev. Jenyo as he is popularly called by friends and admirers in and outside the political circles attended University of Northampton, in England between July 2017 and December 2018 and before then, he was at the University of Liverpool, England between September 2011 and August 2012.
Rev. Jenyo has had an academic stint with Osun State College of Education Ila-Orangun Osun State between 1983-1986 and A.U.D Comprehensive Secondary School, Ow Ondo State between 1969 and 1974.

He had his Primary School Education at A.U.D Modern School, Owo, Ondo State between 1974 and 1976. He was also at Methodist Primary School, Owo, Ondo State between 1969 and 1974.

A holder of Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in July 2019, Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (PG) – July 2013, National Certification of Education (NCE) – June 1986, West Africa Examination Certificate (WAEC) – June 1981 and a Primary School Leaving Certificate – June in June, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo was a Managing Director at Manchester BDC Limited from September 2019 to July, 19™ 2023.

He was a Publisher, Nigeria Platform Newspaper from 2007 to July, 2023. Chairman of SAB Associates (EUROPE) 1999 to July, 19 2023 as well as Import and Export Director of SAB Foods from 1999 to July, 19 2023. He later rose to the position General Manager of SAB Financial Services from 1991 to 1994.

At American Life Insurance Services (ALICO), UK, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo was a Unit Manager from 1989 to 1991.

In the political circles, Rev. Bunmi Jeny was a zonal secretary South West, PDP from March 2012 to March 2016.

Outside the shores of Nigeria, he was president of Osun State Union, UK & Ireland between 2004 and 2006.

President Yoruba society UK & Ireland 1997-2000, Organizing & Social Secretary, Yoruba Society Osun State Union UK & Ireland between 1991 and 1995.

In recognition of Rev. Bunmi Jenyo’s selfless service & outstanding contributions to the development of mankind in sun State, he got awarded by Rotaract district 9125, Nigeria & Rotary International on 4″ June, 2011. He also got a Justice of Peace Award from Osun State Ministry of Justice, in 2008.

The quiet and easy going Jenyo, got a visionary politician award from Ilobu National Students Union, Ilobu in 206, Honourary Rotarian Award by Rotary Club of District 9130 Nigeria in September 2005, Award of Excellence in Business and Public Administration of the Department of Public Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, in 2005.
He is currently the Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Osun State in Nigeria.
