Ogungbile Olusola began his academic pursuit at Seventh Day Adventist Grammar School, Ede between 1982 and 1987 before proceeding to Baptist High School, Ede in 1989 for his O' level Certificate. In 1996 he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations

Ogungbile Olusola began his academic pursuit at Seventh Day Adventist Grammar School, Ede between 1982 and 1987 before proceeding to Baptist High School, Ede in 1989 for his O’ level Certificate. In 1996 he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife before obtaining his Master’s degree in Public Administration at the Lagos State University in 2008.

A team player and seasoned Public Administrator who is happily married with children, Hon. Ogungbile Olusola is a performance -driven Business Executive with demonstrated years of banking with expertise in branch management, sales operations, marketing relationship management and revenue generation.

He is a systematic Business Manager with a career track record of growing company revenue through team development/management, strategic marketing initiatives and techniques.

He is proficient in reading financial reports and monitoring business and team performance, identifying and providing an effective recommendations for areas of improvement. He is skilled with the capacity to plan, develop and implement organization policy and procedures to achieve projected goals.

Ogungbile Olusola has recorded achievements in managing a portfolio of 800 +customers with a database of 3,000 + accounts consisting of personal and corporate customers. In 2016/2017, he was awarded the “Most Profitable Branch, Highest Income and Highest Deposit Growth” award within the zone.

Some of his major achievements as a banker include: Growing the balance sheet of a bank he once worked with in 2004 from #250,000 to #10,000,000 within one year. As a branch manager of a bank, he led the branch to win an award of “Most Profitable Branch” and 2nd position bank wide in 2020. He once led a thorough branch guidance and leadership which resulted in an award of “Most Improved Branch”, 3rd position bank wide.

He worked to make his branch the award winner of “Most Profitable Branch” in Lagos Region in 2018 and Highest Risk Asset in 2019 among other achievements.

Ogungbile Adeola Olusola is currently the Commissioner for Finance in Osun State.
