Follow-up on Government intervention at the Primary Healthcare Centres in the state

The project committee led by the Special Adviser on Public Health, Dr Adekunle Akindele, conducted project inspection to Odesan PHC, Oke-Owena, and Fayemi Ikija PHC, Ifetedo in Ife South local government area of the state

The team was also at Eleyele Primary Healthcare centre, Sabo Olaolu PHC, Igboya PHC, Oja Tuntun PHC all in Ife Central local government and also, Itaasin PHC, Modakeke, in Ife-East Area Office of the state.

So far, the Osun Primary Healthcare Renovation Project Committee in delivering the mandate of Governor Ademola Adeleke on quality basic healthcare service for the people of the state have so far conducted project inspection and assessment to 34 Primary Healthcare centres across ten local government area of the state since when the team kickstarted another phase of the project inspection on Tuesday of this week.

The project coordinator, Dr Adekunle Akindele, emphasised the need for project managers at their different centres to adhere strictly to the mandate of the job.

Project committee members that were part of the inspection team include the Special Adviser on Primary Health to the Governor, Dr Michael Oyerinde, the Chairman Primary Healthcare Board, Alhaji Tajudeen Adisa, and Engineer Adekunle Adeboyejo.

The project inspection and assessment by the Osun Primary Healthcare Renovation Project Committee continues as scheduled.
