
GOVERNOR ADELEKE CONDOLES ORANGUN OF ILA OVER THE PASSING OF OLOORI ABOSEDE OYEDOTUN EESAYA

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has commiserated with the Orangun of Ila, Oba Wahab Kayode Oyedotun, Bibire I, over the death of his beloved wife, Olori Abosede Oyedotun Eesaya.
Governor Adeleke, in a message of condolence, described the passing of Olori Abosede as a painful loss not only to the royal family but also to the entire Ila community. He hailed the late Olori as a gracious and supportive consort who stood firmly by Kabiyesi in his commitment to the development and peace of Ila-Orangun.
“I received with deep sadness the news of the passing of Olori Abosede Oyedotun Eesaya, the cherished wife of the Orangun of Ila, Oba Wahab Kayode Oyedotun.
She was a woman of dignity, compassion, and devotion who complemented Kabiyesi’s leadership and left a positive mark on everyone who encountered her,” the Governor said.
Governor Adeleke extended heartfelt sympathy to Oba Oyedotun, the royal family, and the people of Ila-Orangun, encouraging them to take comfort in the fact that Olori Abosede lived a meaningful life characterized by service, generosity, and love.
“Though her departure has created a deep void, let us hold firmly to the values she represented and the progress she inspired. Her memory will continue to be a source of strength to the people of Ila,” the Governor added.
He prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of Olori Abosede and urged the royal household, friends, and associates to find solace in the enduring legacy she has left behind.
