Ongoing Construction Of Model Schools Will Improve Education In The State – Oyawoye

Prof. Bukola OyawoyeThe Government of the State of Osun has no intention of erasing the identity of any school even if there was going to be a merger of schools as part of its effort to restructure education in the State.
The State Commissioner for Environment and Sanitation, Professor (Mrs.) Olubukola Oyawoye made the clarification at Ibokun during a meeting between the State Government and leaders of Christian communities in Obokun Local Government Area of the State.
Speaking at the meeting, Professor (Mrs.) Oyawoye pointed out that the ongoing construction of Model schools across the State will change the face of education for the better.
She maintained that the present administration is governed by a high sense of fairness and equity to the citizenry regardless of religion or political leaning.
Speaking earlier, Ven. Lawrence Kupolati charged political office holders to see their office as tools for socio-economic emancipation of the masses adding that they should be conscious that they are accountable to God and humanity in the discharge of their duty.
