Ila Leaders Pledge Support for Ademola Adeleke 2nd Term.

●Adeleke says he takes Ila-Orangun as his 2nd home.

Ila-Orangun high Chief today paid a solidarity visit to His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun state, the high chiefs who came on the instruction of the Kabiyesi, the Orangun of Ila, Oba Abdulwahab Kayode Adedotun Bibire II, pledge the support of the Ila people for the 2nd term of Ademola Adeleke.

The chiefs was led by chief Douglas Oyinlola, the Obalotun of Ila-Orangun. Other members of the team are, chief OBAARO of Ila-Orangun, ALAYEGUN of Ila-Orangun, OLORO of Ila-Orangun, AAGBERI of Ila-Orangun, SAADE of Ila-Orangun, PETU of Ila-Orangun, ATAPONIYO of Ila-Orangun, MAYEGUN of Ila-Orangun, Mr Saka Akande, Dr. Rabiu Iyanda, Dayo Oyinlola, Prince Adlad Adeoye.

The team dissociated themselves and the entire people of Ila-Orangun from the action of Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunla and some Ila-Orangun chiefs who are in support of Senator Ajagunla. The team stated the Orangun of Ila, His Royal Majesty Oba Abdul Wahab Kayode Adedotun Bibire II and the majority of the people of Ila-Orangun appreciate all the develoonental projects carried out in Ila-Orangun especially the dual carriage way. They then promised the Governor that the majority of the people of Ila-Orangun will vote en masse for Governor Adeleke during the Osun state governorship election coming up on 15th August, 2026.

In Appreciation of the visit, the Executive Governor of Osun state, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke promised more dividends of democracy to the people of Ila-Orangun, stating the he takes Ila-Orangun as his second home.
