Osun APC Calls On Security Operatives Over Opposition Activities In The State

apcThe All Progressives Congress in Osun on Tuesday February 17, 2015 called on security agencies in the state to keep closed watch over the activities of the  opposition  party of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Barrister Kunle Oyatomi, the   Director of Publicity of the APC  who made this known in a press statement to newsmen in Osogbo, decried the way and manner with which the major opposition party has been heating up the polity.
Oyatomi said, after a peace accord which was signed recently on the initiative of the Asst Inspector General of Police Zone 11, the state (PDP) intruded into the affairs of the APC by vandalizing bill-boards of APC candidates across the state.
”Some thugs were even used to destroy billboards erected by the APC  in the state, immediately  the peace accord was signed.
” After the announcement of Governor Aregbesola as the winner of the Tribunal case which was against their gubernatorial candidate,  they went violent, destroying posters and billboards identified as APC adverts”
” Again, when the general elections of February was postponed, they went on to celebrate a wild Pyrrhic  victory, thereby destroying mainly APC billboard and posters, but this time decided to accuse the APC”
Oyatomi, however, called on security operatives in the state to keep a close watch on the activities of the opposition.
