Mrs. Taiwo Adekunbi Oladunjoye

Profile

Mrs. Taiwo Adekunbi Oladunjoye is the Coordinating Director in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.  She was born on 17th December, 1968 to the family of Late Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Adeyemo.  She hails from Modakeke in the Ife East Area Office of the State.

After her Primary Education, she attended Queen’s School, Ibadan where she obtained her Ordinary and Advanced Level, West African Certificates in 1984 and 1986 respectively.  After her Advanced Level Education, she proceeded to the University of Ibadan and graduated in 1989 with B.sc in Psychology.  She later obtained an M.Sc in Public Administration at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso in the year 2015.

Her working career began in the Teaching Service of the Oyo State on 17th April, 1991 as a Class Teacher.  At the creation of Osun State, she was transferred to the Civil Service of Osun State as a Social Welfare Officer in the Ministry of Information, Youth, Sports and Culture, she has worked in various capacities in the Civil Service of Osun State between 1993 and 2010 as Youth Development Officer; Iwo Zonal Youth Development Officer between 1995 and 2003.  Between 2004 and 2010, she was Principal Youth Officer; Chief Youth Development Officer; Assistant Director Youth Development.  In the year 2011, she became the Deputy Director, Youth Development in the Ministry of Social Protection, Sports and Special Needs.  In August 2014, she was promoted to the post of Director Special Needs and in March 2021 she was elevated to the post of a Coordinating Director in the Ministry till date.  She is happily married with Children
