The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated the Publisher of ThisDay Newspapers and Chairman of AriseTV, Chief Nduka Obaigbena, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday, acknowledging his pronounced contributions to the growth of journalism in the country.

Governor Adeleke praises the media magnate for showing faith in Nigeria as manifested in his consistent investments in liberalising the information space, commending him for providing platforms that elevate talents and amplifies the voice of the voiceless.

“I celebrate an extraordinary Nigerian, Chief Nduka Obaigbena, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday. Chief Obaigbena is a trailblazer, redefining the media space through strategic investments,” Governor Adeleke was quoted to have said in a congratulatory message.

“His foresight and unwavering sense of purpose gave life to the Arise TV and ThisDay Newspapers, platforms that are serving diverse voices and fostering a more informed and engaged society in Nigeria and beyond.”

Governor Adeleke prays to God Almighty to bless Chief Obaigbena with many more celebrations on the land of living just as he hoped that he will continue to inspire and mentor many to use the media as a tool of positive change in the society.
