Governor Adeleke Extols Rep Salam At 55

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated the lawmaker representing Ede North/Ede South/Ejigbo/Egbedore in the House of Representatives, Honourable Bamidele Salam, on the occasion of his 55th birthday, saying the Awo-born legislator remains a suitable reference for impactful representation.

Governor Adeleke applauds Hon. Salam for keeping faith with the expectations of constituents as reflective in the glaring human capital and infrastructural development he has facilitated over the years, praising him as a true representative of the people.

The Governor commends the erstwhile broadcast journalist for his collaborative efforts in the delivery of dividends of democracy for the people and moving Osun forward, pointing out that communities and lives has been reinvigorated through Hon. Salam’s strategic investments in critical infrastructures and empowerments, such as schools, rural electrification, road construction, entrepreneurship training and capital support among others.

“A hearty wishes to a dedicated lawmaker, Hon. Bamidele Salam on the occasion of his 55th birthday today. In these years, Hon. Salam showed us all what it means to have the people at the centre of all interest going by the monumental impact he has made in the various roles he has been opportuned to serve,” Governor Adeleke was quoted to have said in a congratulatory message.

“As one of the numerous constituents of Hon. Salam, I affirm his dedication to explore legislations, influence and other avenues to ensure that our constituency is not lacking in its fair share of the dividends of democracy. Across the constituency, you will hardly miss the sights of the school buildings, roads, bridges, transformers to power communities that were facilitated by Hon. Salam.

“By all measures, Hon. Salam has distinguished himself as a true representative of the people and on the occasion of his birthday, I want to appreciate the grace of God in his life.”

Governor Adeleke prays for God’s continued guidance and strength for Hon. Salam so that he can continue to make a positive difference in the lives of people through legislations and beyond.
