Adeyemo, Festus Ademola was born on 9th day of March, 1966. He hails from Irewole Local Government Area of Osun State.

A good family man who is blessed with good wife and Children. Hon. Adeyemo attended Baptist Primary School, Sango, Ikire between 1972 and 1977 for his Primary School Leaving Certificate and Baptist Grammar School, Ikire in 1977, and 1982 for his O’ Level Certificate.

For his higher education, Hon. Adeyemo Festus attended Lagos State University, Ojoo, Lagos State in 2003 for his Bachelor of Science, Agricultural Sciences Education with Second Class (Upper Division).

He was at Oyo State (Now sun State) College of Education, Ila Orangun, between 1983 and 1986 for his Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) programme.

He was elected Councilor ward 5, Irewole Local Government, Ikire, Osun State, 1991-1993 and Chief Whip, Irewole Local Government Legislative Assembly, Ikire, Osun State between 1991-1993. He was a Member, National Republican Convention (NRC), member Caretaker Committee, UNCP, Irewole Local Government 1996-1997, Osun State Public Relations Officer of PDP in 2003-2005, Osun State Welfare Officers, PDP, 2005-2007, Board Member, Osun State Agricultural Development Corporation (OSSADEC)

In 2003-2007, Hon. Festus Adeyemo was a Principal Legislative Assistant to the Honourable Speaker, Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Patricia Olubunmi Etteh. He was an Education Secretary, Irewole Local Government Education Authority in Nov, 2008-Feb, 2010, he was the Chief of Staff to the Former Governor of Osun State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, February to November 2010 Chairman Committee on Electoral Matters, PDP, Osun State, 2017.
