Ajeigbe is a Guidance and Counselor of repute with a track record of successfully mentoring students towards their educational and life goals.

A prolific teacher and lecturer, who for over a decade professionally worked in providing academic, personal and career advice to students of various backgrounds in and outside his immediate environments. Hon. Ajeigbe is a chartered member of Nigeria Institute of Management, where over the years, he has made himself a force to be reckoned with. One area of strength and ability of this quiet, kind and easy going Soji Ajeigbe is that he has used his well acquired academic background to help so many students in knowing their potential skills and potentials.

His work experience spanned from being a Chief Executive Officer, Exams and Records, since 2005 with sun State Polytechnic, Iree, where he had earlier worked as a contract staff in 2000.

Between 1995 and 1996, he was a teacher at El-Shaddai Nursery and Primary School, Osogbo.

His professional career attainment has had Hon. Soji Akorede Ajeigbe to be a professional Manager with Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered).

He was also a Cadet Co-ordinator. An extremely nice and hardworking young man who believes fervently in the efficacy of prayers, Hon. Ajeigbe extra curricular activities include, Road Safety Club, Ospoly, Iree Chapter and Secretary Faculty Board, F.F.S.

Hon. Ajeigbe is also a lay reader and an Evangelist of Anglican Communion extraction. Before joining the administration of Senator Ademola Adeleke as a Commissioner for Government House Matters and Protocols, Hon. Ajeigbe was an Assistant General Secretary, Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Polytechnics, Osun State Polytechnic, Iree Chapter.

He hails from Ororuwo in Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State.

He is happily married and blessed with children.
