She was born on the 17th December, 1968 to the family of Late Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Adeyemo.  She hails from Modakeke in Ife East Area Office of the State.

After her Primary Education, she attended Queen’s School, Ibadan where she obtained her Ordinary and Advanced Level, West African Certificates in 1984 and 1986 respectively.  After her Advanced level education, she proceeded to the University of Ibadan and graduated in 1989 with B.sc in Psychology.  She later obtained an M.sc in Public Administration at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso in year 2015.

Her working career began in the Teaching Service of the Oyo State on 17th April, 1991 as a class teacher.  At the creation of Osun State, she was transferred to the Civil Service of the Osun State as a Social Welfare Officer in the Ministry of Information, Youth, Sports and Culture. She was later transferred to the Youth Development Department of the Ministry as a Youth Development Officer. She became a Zonal Youth Development Officer, Iwo Zonal Office, Chief Youth Development Officer, Assistant Director, Youth Development between 1993 and 2010. In the year 2011, she became the Deputy Director, Youth Development in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Special Needs. In August 2014, she was promoted to the post of Director, Special Needs. In the same Ministry. In March 2021, She became the Coordinator Director in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, while in June, 2023, she was appointed as a Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. She later became the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth Affairs in July, 2023 till date as a  result of restructuring of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.  She is happily married with children and her
