Miss Amarachi J.P Nmerengwa was born some Four decades ago in Asaba, the capital of Delta State. She hails from Isi-Ala Ngiwa South in Abia State.  She had both her Primary and Secondary School education in Aba while for her tertiary education, she went to the University of Jos, Plateau State

Miss Amarachi J.P Nmerengwa was born some Four decades ago in Asaba, the capital of Delta State. She hails from Isi-Ala Ngiwa South in Abia State.  She had both her Primary and Secondary School education in Aba while for her tertiary education, she went to the University of Jos, Plateau State where bagged a B.A (English Language).  Later on she proceeded to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where she obtained a PGD in Public administration.

Miss Nmerengwa did her compulsory one year National Youth Service in Osun State in the 1998 and thereafter was retained having awarded the second overall Corps Member for the second tier 1998-1999 set.  This earned her an automatic employment and she has been in the Civil Service of Osun State since the year 2000.  She is presently the Director, Administration and Supplies in the Ministry.
