Addressing the mammoth crowd at the venue of the event said he was overwhelmingly happy and impressive with the massive turn out of the people at the occasion.
Aregbesola who promised more dividend of democracy in the state said what his administration achievements during the first tenure in office would be a child’s play of what should be expected when voted for second term.
Describing APC as a progressive party that is ready to liberate the people of the state and Nigeria at large, the state helmsman said PDP sees power as a way of amassing wealth for their cronies at the expense of masses, whereas power is a responsibility which is the hallmark of APC
Aregbesola added that, the party is committed to the progress of the people unlike PDP that which is known with its selfish interest.
According to Aregbesola PDP is a party that means no any development for the people of the state.
Senator Isiaka Adeleke, the former first civilian governor of the state, the Speaker, State of Osun House of Assembly, Honourable Najeem Salam, among others speakers charged people on the need for them to come out en mass in August 9 and cast their vote for Aregbesola whose his starling achievements had made his candidature stand out among other contenders.

While fielding questions from Bioreports, Madam Mariam Ayodele, a party member from Ward 1, Irewole maintained that Ogbeni Aregbesola was coming back as the governor of the state because his credentials spoke for him.
According to her, the administration of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has touched virtually every area of the state.
She mentioned construction of modern roads, education, free school meal, free healthcare, caring for aged, youth employment as the different areas where the governor had met the needs of the masses of the state.
To her, no other person could accomplish such a feat in just three and half years adding that if not for politics of selfishness, she wondered what people in the opposition had against him both personally, administratively and politically.
Madam Adejoke Abdulkareem, a trader and woman leader in Isokan also said that the choice of the APC in the August 9th polls was a smooth ride to victory because none of the other contestants had the pedigree that Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola possessed.
She described the governor as a dogged fighter who has implemented all the articles of his six-point integral action plan and had gone on to implement programmes that were not even included in it.
“That is to show you the depth of the knowledge of the person at the helms of affairs in the State of Osun.
Reverend Matthew Adekoya, who was full of prayer for the success of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola said that it was divinely impossible to defeat the governor at the polls noting that the governor had made the ordinary Osun person to stand tall.

He stressed that Osogbo the state capital and other important towns have assumed a more organised outlook and modernity that have been that has been robbed off the people.
Mr. Ajayi Adediran explained that there was no way a champion could be defeated except with a knock-out but that was impossible beause Aregbesola as the champion was the one knocking out all his opponents.
“Aregbesola is a champion and he has demonstrated that in many apects.
“Point to anything aspect of life in Osun and you will see the hands of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola in it, this is simply because he is the person anointed to lead Osun at this time.”
