The Secretary to the Osun State Government and the Bobagunwa of Osogbo Land, High Chief Teslim Igbalaye, has congratulated the Governor of Osun State, Sen. (Dr) Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke on his 65th birthday, lauding him as a transformative and visionary leader.
