
Governor Adeleke Condoles Family Members & Chief Obasanjo Over Exit of Chief Amuda Obelawo.

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, has expressed grief at the passing of Chief Amuda Obelawo, a distinguished industrialist, philanthropist, and respected patriarch of the Obelawo family.
The governor also commiserates with former president Olusegun Obasanjo who is a close friend of the deceased.
In a statement, Governor Adeleke extended heartfelt condolences to the entire Obelawo family, friends, and associates, describing Chief Obelawo as a visionary leader whose entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community development left an indelible mark on Osun State and Nigeria at large.
The Governor prayed for God’s comfort and strength for the family during this period of grief, and urged all citizens to remember Chief Obelawo’s legacy of hard work, service, and dedication to the growth of the nation.
“Prince Lawal Yusuf Obelawo (OON)’s contributions to industry, job creation, and community development will forever be remembered. His life exemplified integrity, resilience, and generosity, and his absence will be deeply felt,” the statement added.
