Honourable Justice Ayotunde Oyeyemi Oyebiyi obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in the year 1988. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Victoria-Island, Lagos Campus and upon his successful completion of the qualifying

Honourable Justice Ayotunde Oyeyemi Oyebiyi obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in the year 1988. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Victoria-Island, Lagos Campus and upon his successful completion of the qualifying examinations, he was called to the
Nigerian Bar in 1989. His Lordship was in active legal practice for some years. He was then appointed a Senior Magistrate Grade II in Osun State Judiciary in 1999. He rose through the ranks and served in various Magisterial Districts until August 2010 when he was appointed as the Chief Registrar of the High Court of Justice, Osun State. After years of dedicated service on the Magisterial Bench, his lordship was elevated to the High Court Bench in November 2014. In his capacity as a High Court Judge, Honourable Justice A. O. Oyebiyi has functioned on National assignments as Member of the Gubernatorial Tribunal of AkwaIbom (2019) and is currently the Chairman of the National andState House of Assembly Tribunal Panel 4 of Delta State (2023).
