GOVERNOR ADELEKE EXTOLS EX-DEPUTY GOVERNOR, ERELU OBADA AT 74.

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated a former Deputy Governor in the state, Erelu Olusola Obada, on the occasion of her 74th birthday, applauding her distinguished contributions to the state and Nigeria as a whole.

Governor Adeleke recognises Erelu Obada’s exemplary life of service, which is manifest in the distinct role she played in the Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola administration, praising her as a leader with an uncompromising interest in the wellbeing of the people.

The Governor commends the Ijesa-born politician for her steadfastness and consistency, particularly to the PDP even in the face of challenges, acknowledging the value she has added to governance in the various public position held the past.

“On this day, I join friends, family and well-wishers to congratulate a distinguished public servant, Her Excellency Erelu Olusola Obada. Erelu Obada stand out as a true reflection of selflessness, exploring every avenue to serve to impact lives,” Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.

“As a Deputy Governor, Erelu Obada displayed a sincere desire for service, complimenting the ideas and efforts of Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola for the benefit of Osun state and its people. She remains a perfect example of what partnership should look like in our political climate.

“In her role as the Minister of State for Defence, Erelu Obada showed outstanding sense of duty, navigating through extreme conditions to get the job done. I am so impressed by her incredible public records.”

Governor Adeleke prays to God Almighty to bestow on the celebrant the grace to celebrate many more years in good health and sound mind so as to continue to make contributions to Osun state and Nigeria as a whole.
