GOVERNOR ADELEKE GREETS ZAMFARA GOVERNOR, DAUDA LAWAL, AT 60.

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has rejoiced with his Zamfara state counterpart, His Excellency Dauda Lawal, on the occasion of his 60 years birthday, eulogising him as a model of transformational leadership.

Governor Adeleke recognises Governor Lawal simple yet calculative approach to governance, counting for the tremendous deliverables for the people of Zamfara state in two years, describing him as a practical example of what is possible when there is a will.

The Governor commends Governor Lawal for leadership he has provided in navigating his state through a difficult insecurity challenge he inherited, noting that his sincerity of purpose and collaborative efforts are paving the way for peace to return to Zamfara.

“A hearty cheers to a dear colleague and friend, His Excellency Dauda Lawal, the Governor of Zamfara State, as he turns the age of 60 years. Governor Lawal typifies excellence and it is no surprising that Zamfara State is making commendable progress under him,” Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.

“On behalf of the good people of Osun State, I congratulate Governor Lawal on the grace of a new age and commend him for his enriched history of contributions to national development, especially in the financial sector.”

Governor Adeleke joins family members, political associates and the people of Zamfara State in sharing in the joy of the new age and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Governor Lawal long life in good health and sound mind to enable him to make more meaningful contributions to Nigeria.
