Community Development Association – A Veritable Tool For Development And Progress

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Water Resources, Rural and Community Development, Honourable Babatunde Ibirogba has identified community development association as a veritable tool for development and progress.

Honourable Babatunde Ibirogba made this known today while declaring open post election workshop for the newly elected Community Development Executives held at the Pastoral Center, Ede.

The Special Adviser explained that the theme of the workshop, Community Development Council :a tool for Societal Transformation is geared towards community upliftment which is in line with the six -point integral action plan of the present administration in the state.

Honourable Ibirogba congratulated the new executives and charged them to render selfless service to their communities and the State saying that government needs their support and cooperation in the onerous task of developing the state.

The Director of Community Development Department, Mrs Hannah Mosadomi thanked Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola for promoting peace and harmonious relationship through Community Development Associations.
The Chairman, State of Osun Community Development Council, Alhaji Issa Abubakar pledged the support of the Council for the government of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola saying Ogbeni Aregbesola developmental efforts in the state is highly appreciated.
